Remember my post about my Julie and Julia Independent reading project? Well I’ve decided to change my plans, and instead I read How to Eat a Cupcake and I am doing my independent reading project on that book instead. In the book, the chapters switch off from the two main characters point of view. They each eat cupcakes in different ways. For the project itself, I am going to bake cupcakes and teach the class the two different ways of how to eat a cupcake, and then they will be able to eat it in the way they choose. I can’t wait to see how the class will choose to eat the cupcakes!
